MSV Interiors is the studio of Susana Vargas — a Miami-based interior designer who has spent the past twenty-five years designing beautiful, considered living spaces. Her work spans interior design planning, full-home redesigns, construction supervision, and owner representation, with projects across Florida, the Americas, and Europe.

Her design language is built on warmth, restraint, and the quiet authority of well-chosen materials. Each home is approached as a portrait of the people who'll live in it: their habits, their stories, the way light moves through their rooms.

Every MSV project moves through the same four-phase rhythm. The pace varies — a single-room consult may run a few weeks, a ground-up estate runs eighteen months or more — but the structure stays the same. It's how we protect the design intent and your investment from start to finish.

Discovery

Every project begins with conversation. We meet on-site, walk the space, and listen — to how you live, who lives with you, what works, what doesn't, what you've always wanted but never had. Out of those first sessions come the foundation documents of the project: a brief, a scope, a preliminary timeline, and a working budget range.

Design

From the brief, the design takes shape. Spatial planning, material direction, custom millwork drawings, furniture and lighting specification, finish samples in hand — all developed in close collaboration with you, and refined through presentation rounds until every room, every surface, and every piece is decided before a single trade is engaged.

Build

Drawings become rooms. We coordinate with architects, contractors, and trades; manage procurement and deliveries; supervise the work on-site; and act as the single point of accountability for design intent, quality, and schedule. You're kept informed at every milestone — but the day-to-day pressure of the build is ours to carry.

Styling

The final ten percent — and the part most often skipped. Art, objects, textiles, table-top, books, plants, the small considered details that turn a finished space into a home with depth and personality. We install, style, and photograph the project, and hand you the keys to a home that's truly ready to live in.
